“I feel good!”

I think this “good” feeling I’ve been having is what it feels like to be less stressed and/or worried about day-to-day life. I forgot what that feels like. Stress really weighs you down without you even realizing it.

  1. Yes. “Without you realizing” are the key words. It builds up and you get ‘used’ to it. And it becomes your norm. But like you, I’m starting to feel a ‘good’ feeling and want that all the time again and will be working at ‘de-stressing’.
